Getting Started
With Hire That
Follow these simple steps to set up your equipment hire business and start managing your operations more efficiently.
Set Up Your Business
Before you can start managing hires and customers, you need to configure your business details. This information will appear on invoices and throughout the platform.
Information Needed
Navigate to Settings from your dashboard, then select the Business tab. Fill in your details and click Save. You'll be automatically assigned as the business owner.
Note: Most dashboard features require business setup to be completed first.
Add Your Customers
Customers are the heart of your hire business. Add detailed customer records to track rental history, manage credit limits, and maintain professional relationships.
Information Needed
Go to Customers from the dashboard and click Add Customer. After creating a customer, you can manage their details, documents, and notes from the customer management page.
Add Your Stock
Your stock inventory is what customers hire. Set up your equipment with detailed specifications, pricing, and availability tracking to prevent double-bookings.
